    LIfe

Hey, we are just getting this started and still trying to figure it out, so please forgive us if these first few entries are weird and confusing. Things in life right now are really busy. It feels like we never stop. But it is all for our children and we wouldn't trade it in for anything. Dacker is almost eight years old and so excited to be baptised. We are so proud of how Dacker has turned out. he has been such a good example to all of us on how we should pattern our own lives. He has the strongest testimony and always stands up for what he believes. He is a great big brother. Shaylee is in Kindergarten and just barely turned 6, and absolutely loves it. It is so fun to watch her come to live each morning as she leaves for school. SHe is very athletic, but sadly doesn't seem to care for sports very much at the present time. She is so beautiful, we have so many boys always chasing after her.  Kylie is almost 5 and is doing well. She is in preschool, and like her sister she loves it too! So far she has been diagnosed with ADD...but That is it. We were told to expect so many problems because of her prematurity, but so far that is the only one. And we will gladly take that over all the other possibilities. Little Teylon, almost 3, is just a mini Tyler---for those of you who knew him when he was little---and keeps us extremely busy. But he is also contagiously happy, and you can't help but smile when you are with him. Little Trevyn will be one next month. He is our current youngest baby, and has been a  total joy to our family. He has just been a real easy happy baby. Just happy to be alive. He is almost as big as teylon, and likes to so everything  with his big brother. It is amazing how fast it starts. He already idolizes him, and shows it best by pestering him. Shay has been working really hard at his new job, and really likes it. Jenelle is still a stay at home mom, and feels the pressure often. But knows deep down inside that her place is in  the home and feels very blessed that she is still able to be there. We will hopefully be able to refinance our home this month and then we are hoping to be able to add on to our house and make it bigger to fit our very fast growing family.

If Teylon is a mini Tyler, then you'd better keep an eye on Dacker who is a little Shay.  I remember once when the real Shay was little (well he's still little) but I mean when he was young, he rounded up all the bungee cords in the neighborhood, especially those holding up the bumper of the neighbor's car.  Tied them together to form a bigger bungee cord.  With this he planned to Bungee jump off the top of his Dad's hay shed.  Chickening out though, he thought he'd get Tyler to test it first.  So he threaded the Bungee cord through Tyler's belt loops, and tied it around his waist.

This I believe is the first time I think I ever saw Tyler chicken out.  He didn't want to jump.  But Shay being the kind big brother he is, didn't want Tyler to go through life feeling like a big chicken, so he pushed him.  Right off the highest point of the hay shed.  Needless to say, Neither Shay nor I tried the bungee jump, after Tyler finished.

So you'd better keep an eye on Dacker to make sure he's not pushing Teylon off the roof.
